PAL liposuction is an innovative method of fat removal that leaves no visible scars and allows for quick recovery. This technique is particularly suitable for shaping the thighs, especially in women with good skin quality and without significant excess skin. It is also frequently used to treat so-called saddlebags. The indication for PAL liposuction depends on the individual skin condition.

Thigh lift by Aesthetify
Many women are unhappy with their thighs. The reasons for this are varied and often lie in typical visual flaws such as sagging skin, fat deposits or cellulite. These frequently result from natural ageing or individual genetic predisposition and often lead those affected to feel uncomfortable in their body, avoiding, for example, wearing swimwear or short clothing.
As these problem areas usually cannot be tackled with sport or diet alone, surgical thigh tightening is often the only solution that truly provides relief. During this surgical procedure, excess skin and fat are removed and the tissue is tightened to achieve a harmonious, well-defined contour.

FAQ
Everything you should know before your thigh tightening: from choosing the method to scars and the process, through to risks, downtime and aftercare.
Returning to work after a thigh tightening depends on the nature of your job. Light, seated work can generally be resumed after around two weeks. If you do physically demanding work, you should plan for a break of four to six weeks. Our team will give you more precise information during your personal consultation or after the treatment.
As with any surgical procedure, thigh tightening does leave scars. However, our experienced team will place the incisions so that the scars are as inconspicuous as possible.
After the procedure, we recommend a recovery period of one to two weeks, during which you should not work and should allow your body to rest. Light physical activities can then be resumed. After around four to six weeks, you can gradually start doing heavier physical work again. Wearing compression trousers is recommended during this time to support healing and provide the best possible support for the skin.
Although complications are rare with thigh tightening, infections, bruising or wound healing problems can occur in some cases. Should you notice such symptoms, please contact us immediately or come directly to our clinic.
Thigh tightening is suitable for anyone who has excess skin or tissue on the thighs and is unhappy with it. This often occurs after significant weight loss. However, it is important that you are generally healthy, have a stable weight and have no serious health problems. Your doctor will assess in a personal consultation whether the procedure is suitable for you.
