Frequently asked questions about Profhilo®

Profhilo® is not used to specifically build up individual areas of the face or create volume, as is the case with classic fillers. Instead, the highly purified hyaluronic acid spreads throughout the tissue and improves skin quality from within. The skin appears fresher, better hydrated and more elastic, without changing the facial features. This keeps the result especially natural and subtle.

Many patients notice more freshness and moisture in the skin after just a short time. However, the actual improvement in skin structure develops gradually over several weeks, as Profhilo® supports the body's own collagen and elastin production. For an optimal result, we usually recommend two treatments about four weeks apart. Skin quality then continues to improve over the following weeks until the final result shows.

Profhilo® is particularly suitable for areas of skin that are losing moisture, firmness and elasticity. Commonly treated areas include the face, neck, décolleté and hands. The treatment is ideal for tired, dehydrated skin, fine lines, early skin laxity and a dull complexion. We will be happy to discuss whether Profhilo® is also suitable for your individual skin condition in a personal consultation.

The cost of a Profhilo® treatment at Aesthetify starts from €450.00. The exact price depends on the number of sessions required as well as the individual areas treated, such as the face, neck, décolleté or hands. As two treatments about four weeks apart are usually recommended, we transparently plan the anticipated total cost together with you in a personal consultation.

The hyaluronic acid injections used in Profhilo® are generally considered low-pain. We work with particularly fine cannulas, which significantly increases treatment comfort. Most patients describe only a slight pinching sensation. After the treatment, minor swelling or redness may temporarily occur at the injection sites, but this usually subsides quickly.
