Polynucleotides for deep-acting skin regeneration by Aesthetify

As we age, the skin loses moisture, firmness and the ability to regenerate itself. At Aesthetify, we use polynucleotides, highly purified fragments of natural DNA, to revitalise the skin from within. Unlike classic fillers, polynucleotides do not work by adding volume, but instead stimulate the skin's own cells to produce more collagen and elastin. Step by step, this results in visibly fresher, more elastic and better-hydrated skin. The treatment is particularly suitable for fine lines, dull skin and sensitive areas such as the eye area or the neck.

Where and how polynucleotides work

Safety during your polynucleotide treatment

From the medical consultation to certified products and materials, all the way to being reachable after treatment: at Aesthetify, your safety is our top priority.

  • Medical execution

Your polynucleotide treatment is carried out exclusively by experienced doctors. They are familiar with the anatomical characteristics of the individual facial and body areas and place the injections with corresponding precision. This allows us to combine a natural result with a high level of safety.

  • Certified products

We use only highly purified, certified polynucleotide products from established manufacturers. These are subject to strict quality and purity standards. You can rely on us using only materials whose tolerability and effect are well documented.

  • Information and consent before every treatment

Before we begin the treatment, we explain the procedure, possible reactions and the expected result in detail. We take our time answering your questions. We only start once you feel confident and give your consent.

  • Practice locations with an emergency number

Our practice locations are easy to reach and there for you, even after the treatment. Should any questions arise after the procedure, you can reach us via a dedicated emergency number. This means you are never left on your own.

FAQ

Polynucleotides are highly purified fragments of natural DNA obtained from fish sperm and elaborately purified. Once introduced into the skin, they stimulate the skin's own cells to regenerate. This means they work differently from classic fillers, which primarily add volume.

Since polynucleotides stimulate the skin to regenerate itself, the result builds up over several weeks. Initial improvements in skin quality are often visible after just a few weeks, with the full result developing over the course of a treatment series.

As a rule, we recommend a series of several sessions spaced a certain distance apart, to trigger regeneration step by step. We determine how many appointments are ideal for you individually, based on your skin and your concern.

Most people find the fine injections quite tolerable. On request, we apply a numbing cream beforehand to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you. A brief pulling or pricking sensation may still be noticeable.

Significant downtime is usually not necessary. Slight redness, small welts or a mild feeling of tightness may occur, but these usually subside within a short time. You should avoid sport, saunas and intense sun exposure for a few days.

Polynucleotides are particularly suitable for people with dull, dry or less elastic skin, as well as fine lines. Whether the treatment is the right choice for your concern is something we clarify together in a personal consultation.
