To build up our surgical location in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced specialist in plastic and aesthetic surgery (m/f/d) who will significantly shape the surgical area with a high level of professional competence, entrepreneurial thinking and a passion for excellent medicine.
The modern surgical area is already fully equipped and forms the basis for the further expansion of our premium concept. We are looking for a personality who will help shape this location surgically, take medical responsibility for it and develop it further together with a professional team.
Your responsibilities
- Independently performing plastic-aesthetic operations at the highest medical level
- Medical leadership and further development of the surgical location in Berlin
- Comprehensive consultation and care of our discerning private patients
- Developing individual treatment concepts with a focus on natural, high-quality results
- Ensuring the highest quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Close collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and helping to shape efficient practice and surgical processes
- Active participation in the further expansion of the surgical service portfolio
Your profile
- Completed specialist training in plastic and aesthetic surgery
- Several years of surgical experience in plastic-aesthetic surgery is absolutely required
- High surgical confidence and a strong aesthetic sense
- Experience in working independently and in taking on medical responsibility
- Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and enjoyment of building new structures
- Strong communication skills, empathy and a professional manner
- High quality standards and discretion in dealing with an exclusive private-patient clientele
- Willingness to take part in public relations, especially on our social media channels
