We are growing – and are looking for an experienced professional to accelerate that growth through digital marketing.
As Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in our marketing and expansion strategy. Your objective: measurable growth, strong lead and customer acquisition, and the successful scaling of both our existing and new locations.
This position is about more than managing individual campaigns. We are looking for someone who understands performance marketing holistically, makes data-driven decisions, takes responsibility for budgets and independently identifies new growth opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our performance marketing activities, managing our digital campaigns in line with clearly defined growth and profitability targets.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic and operational responsibility for our performance marketing activities
- Planning, managing and scaling paid social and paid search campaigns
- Managing Meta Ads and Google Ads in particular, as well as other relevant performance channels
- Developing campaigns for lead, appointment and customer acquisition
- Managing performance marketing for existing locations and targeted launch campaigns for new locations
- Independently managing and efficiently allocating relevant marketing budgets
- Continuously optimising CAC, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS and other relevant KPIs
- Analysing the entire customer journey – from the first advertising touchpoint to the final conversion
- Developing and implementing structured A/B testing and creative testing strategies
- Identifying new target audiences, channels and opportunities for scaling
- Working closely with Content, Creative, Social Media, Sales and operational teams
- Creating meaningful reports and dashboards and deriving specific actions from the data
- Developing our tracking, attribution and marketing automation structures
- Monitoring the market, competitors and current developments in digital marketing
Your Profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or a comparable role
- Proven experience in scaling paid media campaigns and managing substantial advertising budgets
- In-depth knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, conversion funnels and data-driven optimisation
- Experience with tracking, analytics and attribution
- Confident use of common analytics and marketing tools
- A strong understanding of which creatives, messages and offers drive performance
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on measurable results
- The ability to think strategically while also taking a hands-on approach to implementation
- A high level of personal responsibility and the drive to move projects forward independently
- A structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach to work
- An interest in high-quality, aesthetic brands and sophisticated brand presentation
