Your responsibilities
- Warm reception and personal care of our patients at the highest service level
- Organisation and coordination of daily practice life as well as professional appointment management
- Assisting with aesthetic treatments
- Preparing and reprocessing the treatment rooms
- Performing classic medical-assistant tasks, including documentation
- Caring for patients before, during and after treatments
- Ensuring a smooth practice workflow with high quality standards
What you bring
- Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d)
- A well-groomed, friendly and professional manner
- A strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Organisational strength, reliability and an independent way of working
- Discretion, empathy and team spirit
- Interest in aesthetic medicine and exclusive patient care
- Professional experience in a private practice or in the aesthetic field is an advantage, but not a requirement
