In-house Project Delivery | Clinic Construction | Residential Construction | Expansion Projects
We manage and deliver our construction projects in-house – from the initial concept through planning and coordination to final handover.
To further strengthen our internal construction and project management department, we are looking for a Civil Engineer / Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) to take independent responsibility for our projects and actively contribute to our expansion.
Your Responsibilities
As a Civil Engineer / Construction Project Manager, you will take responsibility for our construction and expansion projects, managing them from the planning stage through to completion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Independently planning, managing and delivering our construction projects
- Managing new-build, conversion, fit-out and refurbishment projects
- Delivering new aesthetic clinic locations as part of our expansion
- Coordinating and managing architects, specialist planners, contractors and other project stakeholders
- Reviewing plans, quotations, bills of quantities and execution details
- Monitoring schedules, costs and quality throughout all project phases
- Organising and supervising construction work on site
- Ensuring compliance with our high standards of quality and design
- Conducting technical assessments of potential new locations and properties
- Overseeing inspections and acceptance procedures, defect management and project handovers
- Developing and standardising our internal construction and fit-out processes
Your Profile
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable technical qualification
- Ideally, professional experience in construction or project management
- Sound knowledge of construction execution, interior fit-out and project management
- Strong technical expertise combined with a keen eye for design, materials and detail
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to assert decisions when working with planners, contractors and project partners
- Willingness to manage projects not only from your desk, but also to regularly oversee them on site
- A high level of willingness to travel, as our expansion and construction projects are delivered at various locations
- A valid Category B driving licence
What You Can Expect
With us, you will not be responsible for only individual aspects of a construction project. You will oversee projects holistically and see the direct results of your work. You will work on the client side as part of an internal construction and project management organisation with strong implementation expertise. Short decision-making processes enable us to deliver projects quickly, pragmatically and to the highest standards of quality.
You can expect:
- Responsibility for your own challenging construction projects
- A high degree of creative freedom and short decision-making processes
- Direct collaboration with the management team and internal decision-makers
- Varied projects involving clinics, interior fit-outs and residential construction
- The opportunity to actively shape our expansion projects
- Long-term prospects within a growing company
- Modern, high-quality and design-led projects
- A working environment in which initiative and solution-oriented thinking are expressly encouraged
The Position
We are not looking for someone who simply administers construction projects. We are looking for a technically skilled, hands-on professional who takes responsibility, prepares decisions and consistently drives projects through to completion.
If you enjoy creating high-quality spaces, actively managing construction sites and helping to shape the physical development of our expansion, we would like to meet you.
Become Part of Our Team.
Please send us your complete application documents, stating your earliest possible starting date.
