Hyaluronic acid is a very effective and therefore extremely popular method of treating wrinkles. Hyaluronic acid is injected into the skin to remove wrinkles and smooth fine lines. Hyaluronic acid is a substance produced naturally in the body. It plays an important role in moisturizing the skin as it has the unique ability to bind large amounts of water. One gram of hyaluronic acid alone can bind six liters of water. It therefore helps to provide the skin with optimum moisture and protect it from drying out. Hyaluronic acid thus supports skin health, suppleness and elasticity and ensures a radiant and more youthful appearance.
When the natural production of hyaluronic acid decreases with age, a wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid can plump up the skin and effectively remove wrinkles. Wrinkle treatment with hyaluronic acid is very gentle and virtually painless. The results usually last for around 1.5 years, in some cases even longer.
Botox® is a well-known preparation for treating wrinkles and has been used in aesthetic medicine for many years. It can achieve very good results, particularly for mimic wrinkles such as crow’s feet or frown lines.
Mimic or dynamic wrinkles develop over time due to increased muscle activity. If the muscle contracts in the forehead or eye area, for example, wrinkles become visible, which can intensify and deepen with age. In contrast to hyaluronic acid, Botox® is not injected into the wrinkles but directly into the muscle to remove and prevent them. This is temporarily paralyzed, which also prevents the formation of new wrinkles. It is therefore important to start treatment at an early stage before the wrinkles become too deep. This is because wrinkles that are too pronounced can no longer be completely removed, but only softened.
A Botox® wrinkle treatment is usually painless and only takes a few minutes. The effect lasts for around four to eight months – depending on the amount of Botox® used and the individual metabolism.
SCULPTRA® is a wrinkle treatment method based on poly-lactic acid components that stimulates the skin’s own collagen production. This tightens the skin and makes it appear smoother.
In contrast to other fillers, SCULPTRA® does not act directly on wrinkles, but slowly and sustainably on the entire skin. The effect is 100 percent natural, effectively removes wrinkles and does not appear artificial. The results of wrinkle treatment with SCULPTRA® usually last for two to three years.
For a SCULPTRA® treatment, one to four sessions at intervals of three to four months are usually recommended in order to achieve optimum results.
In laser therapy for wrinkle treatment, the skin is stimulated by micro-lesions to produce collagen in the subcutaneous tissue. This can reduce scars, diminish wrinkles and rejuvenate the skin. As a rule, three sessions are recommended for optimal results. Compared to other methods – such as hyaluronic acid or Botox® – laser therapy often has a longer-lasting effect, as the newly formed collagen plumps up the skin in the long term.
At Aesthetify, we offer all of the above wrinkle treatment options. Whether it’s hyaluronic acid, Botox®, laser or SCULPTRA®, our team has the expertise and experience to provide you with a customized treatment.

With increasing age, the natural volume decreases, especially in the upper third of the face, and the skin sinks downwards. By filling in the upper parts of the face, the face is lifted again, appears fresher and wrinkles are significantly reduced.
We treat many different types of facial wrinkles. Depending on the area, different treatment methods are suitable. Here is a brief overview:
Remove wrinkles with hyaluronic acid:
Removing wrinkles with Botox®:
SCULPTRA® and laser treatment are also used to treat facial wrinkles. The exact areas can be determined during the consultation prior to treatment.
Facial wrinkle treatment has a rejuvenating effect and makes the face appear firmer overall. However, the effect of the different methods can vary.
Hyaluronic acid primarily has a plumping effect and fills wrinkles from the inside. Botox®, on the other hand, specifically paralyzes muscles in the face to smooth out wrinkles. SCULPTRA® stimulates the formation of new collagen and laser treatment improves the elasticity of the skin.
To ensure that wrinkles are not only effectively but also permanently removed, several treatment appointments are usually required. The exact number of sessions depends on the chosen method, the intensity of the wrinkles and the individual skin type. We will be happy to advise you on this!
After a wrinkle treatment, there may be slight swelling, redness or bruising, but these usually subside quickly. Overall, the aftercare is relatively uncomplicated. Our team will inform you about the appropriate aftercare before the procedure.
The cost of a wrinkle treatment varies depending on the method and therefore cannot be given as a lump sum. You can find a rough overview on our price list. A detailed explanation of the individual treatment price will take place in a personal consultation on site.
Wrinkle treatment can be a little uncomfortable or even slightly painful, depending on the method and individual pain sensation.
You may also experience a slight feeling of pressure or slight pain after the procedure, but this usually subsides within a few days. In any case, our team of experienced professionals will ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible during the treatment.
Side effects can also occur during wrinkle treatment. However, these are usually minor and subside within a few days.
Possible side effects include slight pain, swelling or redness in the treated area. A detailed on-site consultation is available at DR. RICK & DR. NICK and takes place before every procedure.
The durability of a wrinkle treatment depends on the method and individual factors. SCULPTRA®, for example, can last up to three years.
There is no general answer as to which product is better at removing wrinkles. Many individual factors play a role here, such as the cause of the wrinkles. Are they the result of muscle activity, sagging skin or loss of volume? While Botox® paralyzes the treated muscles, hyaluronic acid plumps up the skin thanks to its water-binding properties. During a consultation, we will be happy to help you personally decide which wrinkle treatment method is right for you.
Getting wrinkles is part of the ageing process that affects everyone. However, some wrinkles have a stronger effect and make us look older than we are due to their conspicuousness on the face. These types of wrinkles include nasolabial folds, marionette lines and frown lines. As a strong effect can be achieved by removing these wrinkles, we recommend considering them primarily for wrinkle treatment.
