Browlifting is generally painless and uncomplicated thanks to the use of a thin needle. However, there may be slight redness and swelling of the skin. However, such skin irritation after the brow lift should subside after a short time.
As a rule, the results of a brow lift last 4 to 8 months – depending on the metabolism and the amount of Botox®. After that, the treatment should be repeated to maintain the result.

The use of Botox® for a brow lift is an advanced and effective approach to lifting the eyebrows and thus achieving a visual rejuvenation of the face. In this procedure, botulinum toxin is injected into specific areas of the forehead, above the eyebrow arch and to the side of the eye in order to relax the muscles and thus lift the eyebrows.
The active ingredient paralyzes the muscles that visually pull your facial features downwards, so that the pull of these muscles decreases and the eyebrows are pulled upwards by the forehead muscle. Browlifting raises the eyebrows by just a few millimetres. However, as with any procedure, there may be bodily reactions such as swelling, redness and mild allergic reactions. Bruising can also occur as a result of the injection, but this risk and the risk of scars are significantly reduced by using a thin needle, as in our practice.
