SCULPTRA® treatment
with Rick & Nick from Aesthetify
Treating wrinkles with SCULPTRA® is one of the most innovative methods of aesthetic medicine and is becoming increasingly popular. This treatment method stimulates the body’s own collagen and achieves a natural and long-lasting tightening of the skin.
As experts in the field of beauty treatments, Rick & Nick from Aesthetify also offer a treatment with SCULPTRA®.
What is SCULPTRA®?
Collagen supports our skin. A sufficient supply of collagen is essential for the quality and elasticity of our skin. From the age of 25, we lose around one percent of our skin’s collagen content every year. The result: the skin becomes thin, wrinkled and saggy over time. SCULPTRA® treatments provide a remedy here.
Treatment with SCULPTRA® is based on poly-lactic acid – a synthetically produced substance that is very similar to the body’s own lactic acid and therefore achieves a natural result. Unlike other active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, it is not a pure filler. Although it also binds water, the SCULPTRA® treatment primarily stimulates the formation of collagen. This gives the skin more elasticity and a fresher appearance, and even deeper wrinkles can be treated successfully – in the long term. There is no better stimulator for collagen production on the market: SCULPTRA® is a miracle weapon against ageing. The benefits of the treatment include its long shelf life and natural-looking results, as collagen is a major component of our skin.
Before & after
Treatment with SCULPTRA®
The formation of the body’s own collagen through a SCULPTRA® treatment ensures long-term, wrinkle-free results. After the treatment, new collagen is formed within six to twelve weeks, which plumps up and firms the skin from the inside.
Depending on age, several sessions may be necessary:
- 30 to 40 years: 1 to 2 repetitions at intervals of 3 to 4 months
- 40 to 50 years: 2 to 3 repetitions at intervals of 3 to 4 months
- 50 to 60 years: 3 to 4 repetitions at intervals of 3 to 4 months
- After that, the following applies for all age groups: 1 repeat test every 12 to 18 months
Costs
The cost of a SCULPTRA® treatment starts at € 650.00 per ampoule:
- Facial treatment: approx. 2 ampoules
- Neck treatment: approx. 2 ampoules
- Treatment on the buttocks: approx. 4 to 8 ampoules
- Treatment on the décolleté: approx. 1 ampoule
Pain
SCULPTRA® treatments are generally painless. However, to make the treatment as comfortable as possible, anesthesia can be used during the procedure. A slight burning or tingling sensation may occur during the injections, but usually disappears quickly.
Side effects
The treatments are generally very well tolerated and have only minor side effects. The most common symptoms include slight pain, swelling or redness at the injection site. However, these should subside on their own within a few days. We will inform you in detail about possible side effects before each treatment. You can rest assured that you are in the best hands with our team of experts.
SCULPTRA®: What treatments do we offer?
A SCULPTRA® treatment can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté and hands – the areas of the skin where ageing is difficult to hide. The treatment is also effective against cellulite. You can find out more about the individual areas of application below:
/
Face
Even with good care and a healthy diet, the ageing process of the skin cannot be avoided. With increasing age, collagen decreases and the face sags over time. Our facial expressions can also lead to pronounced wrinkles around the eyes, mouth or forehead. In such cases, the SCULPTRA® treatment can help.
There are various areas of application for a SCULPTRA® treatment on the face, which we will be happy to explain to you personally if required. The treatment makes the skin firmer and tighter overall and makes you look young again.
/
Neck
The neck is often neglected in skin care. The skin in this area therefore tends to sag and form wrinkles particularly quickly. A SCULPTRA® treatment stimulates collagen production and tightens the skin – for a younger and fresher appearance.
/
Neckline
The décolleté is often exposed to the sun and is therefore highly susceptible to pigmentation spots and wrinkles. We also recommend a SCULPTRA® treatment for such areas. Injections into the affected areas stimulate the skin to produce collagen and regenerate itself. Treatment in the décolleté area results in smoother and firmer skin.
/
Hands
Our hands are constantly exposed to environmental influences and lose fatty tissue, collagen and elastin over time. As a result, the tendons, veins and bones become more visible and the skin appears wrinkled and thin.
This can be counteracted with a SCULPTRA® treatment. The body’s own collagen production is stimulated, which leads to an increase in volume and tightening of the skin. This gives you back a smoother, more youthful hand appearance in a natural way.
/
Cellulite
Many people suffer from cellulite. It is caused by a weakness of the connective tissue and can occur at a young age – usually on the buttocks, thighs or stomach. SCULPTRA® can also help here. Treatment of the areas prone to cellulite can stimulate collagen formation and thus strengthen the connective tissue, just like on the face. By stimulating the body’s own collagen production, the tissue is naturally plumped up. The result is a fuller, rounder bottom and firm thighs with more volume and an overall smoother surface.
/
Aftercare
Aftercare is very straightforward, regardless of the area of the body treated: There may be slight swelling after the treatment. However, this is normal and subsides within a few days. Most people are socially acceptable again immediately after the treatment. Before each procedure, you will of course be informed about the individual care required after your treatment.
SCULPTRA® or hyaluronic acid?
SCULPTRA® and hyaluronic acid are two popular treatments for wrinkle reduction. While hyaluronic acid is a filler that delivers immediate results, SCULPTRA® has a gradual and long-term effect. Unlike hyaluronic acid, which degrades over time, treatment with SCULPTRA® stimulates collagen production in the body. It thus ensures a continuous improvement in the appearance of the skin over several months.
SCULPTRA® is particularly suitable for the treatment of fine lines and volume loss, while hyaluronic acid is more suitable for deeper wrinkles to add targeted volume. Ultimately, the choice of treatment depends on your individual needs and goals. We will be happy to explain this to you in detail in a personal treatment consultation – book your appointment here!
